Persimmon Sour (Mocktail, Egg Free)

Prep: 5 minutes


  • 1 cocktail shaker


  • 4 oz fresh persimmon juice about 2 large persimmons for me
  • 1/2 oz lime juice fresh
  • 1 1/2 oz non-alcoholic vodka alternative
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 tbsp aquafaba
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • 2-3 dashes bitters non-alcoholic


  • In a cocktail shaker, add persimmon juice, lime juice, non-alcoholic vodka, simple syrup, aquafaba and ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  • To serve, strain and pour into a chilled glass. Top off with bitters, to taste.
