Healthy Shamrock Shake (vegan)
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado frozen*
- 1 frozen ripe banana optional
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
- handful fresh mint leaves to taste or 1/4 tsp mint extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- plant milk to blend
- optional
- 1-2 medjool dates *to sweeten, if using just avocado
- 1 serving vanilla plant protein
- pinch of spirulina or matcha for colour
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth, adjusting plant milk to achieve desired texture. Enjoy immediately!
