Ingredients

  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp matcha sifted
  • 3/4 - 1 cup plant milk adjust to preference
  • 1 serving vanilla plant protein
  • handful fresh mint leaves to taste or 1/4 tsp mint extract
  • coconut cream

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth, adjusting plant milk to achieve desired texture.
  • Pour the smoothie into your prepared glass, and a scoop of coconut cream on top and enjoy!
