Healthy Shamrock Shake (vegan)

A healthy shamrock shake that's vegan and high protein with avocado, banana, fresh mint, and no food dye! Great for breakfast or post workout.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe avocado frozen*
  • 1 frozen ripe banana optional
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • handful fresh mint leaves to taste or 1/4 tsp mint extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • plant milk to blend
  • optional
  • 1-2 medjool dates *to sweeten, if using just avocado
  • 1 serving vanilla plant protein
  • pinch of spirulina or matcha for colour

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth, adjusting plant milk to achieve desired texture. Enjoy immediately!
