Persimmon Sour (Mocktail, Egg Free)
- cocktail shaker
- 4 oz fresh persimmon juice (about 2 large persimmons for me)
- 1/2 oz lime juice fresh
- 1 1/2 oz non-alcoholic vodka alternative
- 1 oz simple syrup or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp aquafaba
- handful ice cubes
- 2-3 dashes bitters non-alcoholic
- In a cocktail shaker, add persimmon juice, lime juice, non-alcoholic vodka, simple syrup, aquafaba and ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- To serve, strain and pour into a chilled glass. Top off with bitters, to taste.
