Cucamelon Mule (Mocktail)

  • 1/4 cup cucamelon or use cucumber
  • 1 lime quartered
  • 1/4-1/2 oz simple syrup agave
  • 3-4 oz ginger beer non-alcoholic
  • ice cubes


  • In a glass, muddle halved cucamelons, quarted limes and simple syrup. Add ginger beer to top off the glass.
  • Fill two glasses with ice and divide the muddled mixture between the two. Top off with ginger beer and enjoy.
