A delicious, healthy vegan buffalo sauce made with no butter and no oil. It’s vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free, oil free and nut free.
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 3–4 tbsp hot sauce
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp gluten free soy sauce, tamari or liquid aminos
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- (optional) splash of liquid smoke
- Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Adjust spices to taste and enjoy.
