Burger Bowl
- neutral oil
- vegan burger patty of choice: Use your favorite vegan burger patties– I used Beyond Meat.
- gem lettuce: Sliced, or other leafy greens of choice (iceberg, romaine lettuce, etc.).
- vegan cheese: You can use any vegan shredded cheese as desired. Vegan cheddar cheese works great.
- red onion
- dill pickles of choice: Or sweet pickles if desired. I think pickle chips work great.
- cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
Vegan Burger Sauce
- vegan mayonnaise: I used vegan kewpie mayo.
- ketchup
- sweet pickle relish
- garlic powder
- smoked paprika
- rice wine vinegar
- kosher salt
- black pepper
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Add oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the burger patty and break it down using a spatula. Once cooked through, remove from heat and set aside.
- Assemble your salad bowl by layering shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, red onion, and burger pieces. Whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth and serve with sauce on the side or drizzle on top, to taste.

Secrets to Success
- I recommended a few of my favorite burger ingredients in this recipe, but feel free to customize as desired.
Storage Tips
I recommend storing the salad ingredients in an airtight container without the sauce for up to 3-4 days. Store the sauce in a separate container in the refrigerator for up to 5-6 days. When ready to serve, drizzle your salad with the sauce, and serve!
