Easy Vegan Burger Salad Recipe (with Special Sauce)
The easiest vegan burger salad recipe made with a delicious vegan burger sauce to top! All of your favorite burger ingredients made into a filling and refreshing salad.

Burger Bowl
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 vegan burger patty of choice
- 1 bunch gem lettuce sliced, or other greens of choice (iceberg, romaine etc.)
- 2-3 tbsp vegan cheese shredded
- 1/4 red onion small, sliced
- 4-5 pieces pickles of choice pickle chips work great!
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved
Vegan Burger Sauce
- 1/4 cup vegan kewpie mayo
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp sweet relish
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- salt kosher, to taste
- pepper to taste
Add oil to a pan over medium heat. Cook the burger patty and break it down using a spatula. Once cooked through, remove from heat and set aside.
Assemble your bowl by laying shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, red onion and burger pieces. Whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth and serve with sauce on the side or drizzle on top, to taste.

Storage Tips
I recommend storing the salad ingredients in an airtight container without the sauce for up to 3-4 days. Store the sauce in a separate container in the refrigerator for up to 5-6 days. When ready to serve, drizzle salad with the sauce, and serve!
