Vanilla Matcha Creami (5 Ingredients)

Servings: 1 serving


  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla bean extract
  • 2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder more to taste


  • Add soaked cashews, milk, vanilla, maple and sifted matcha in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness and matcha to your liking, then pour into a creami container and freeze overnight.
  • To blend, use ice cream mode. Add 2-3 tbsp of plant milk if the mixture feels dry and respin.
