Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats can use quinoa flakes instead
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp whole pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw ground pumpkin seeds
  • 4-5 chopped pitted medjool dates
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • optional
  • handful brazil nuts chopped
  • handful goji berries
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a jar and shake. Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy as soon as possible.

Notes

To make nut free, just omit brazil nuts.
