Peel the skin of the persimmon off.
Mash up the persimmon to break it up and ensure a smoother latte.
Place a small, fine-mesh strainer over a bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of matcha and sift it into the bowl.
Add about 2 oz warm water to the matcha and, using a matcha whisk, whisk well until frothy.
Place the smashed persimmon into a glass, ice, milk, and finally, add the matcha!
