This Erewhon Smoothie is my newest favorite. It’s a chocolate smoothie base with pink coconut cream layered throughout. Brought to you by The Kid Laroi, this smoothie is both pretty and delicious and easy to make at home!

Notes

Secrets to Success

  • You can make customizations as needed– Substitute coconut milk for almond milk, maple syrup for the dates, and add in any of the optional ingredients as desired.
  • The original recipe also calls for colostrum (which isn't vegan-friendly) along with greens powder, which I've omitted in this recipe.
