  • 1 bottle/25 oz non-alcoholic rosé I used this sparkling variety, the carbonation disappears after freezing, but it's truly the best tasting NA rosé so I chose to use it
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cup agave maple syrup or other liquid sweetener of choice (more to taste)

  • Start by freezing your rosé and reserve 1 cup for later. I used small ice cube trays to make rosé ice cubes, then stored them in the freezer overnight. Keep in mind that if you’re using virgin rosé, because the alcohol is removed, it will freeze completely solid, unlike traditional rosé, which will not freeze completely.
  • Once frozen, add your rosé ice cubes, fresh strawberries, lemon juice and sweetener to a high speed blender along with the 1 cup of reserved rosé. Blend until slushy-like in texture and adjust sweetener to taste. Enjoy immediately!
