Peach Pie Smoothie - Banana Free! [vegan]

A quick, healthy and easy smoothie recipe made without bananas! Reminiscent of peach pie.

Ingredients

  • Smoothie
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen peaches*
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy yogurt*
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 3 heaping tablespoons of rolled oats
  • 2-3 pitted dates OR 2-3 teaspoons of sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • optional squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • If needed, add additional non-dairy milk to achieve desired consistency.
  • Adjust sweetness as needed.

Notes

*you can also use fresh peaches, but I recommend chopping and freezing them prior to give your smoothie more thickness.
*to keep the smoothie raw, opt for homemade non-dairy yogurt or swap out for coconut milk, but texture will be thinner.
