2-3pitted dates OR 2-3 teaspoons of sweetener of choice
1teaspoonvanilla extract

optional squeeze of lemon
Instructions
Toss all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
If needed, add additional non-dairy milk to achieve desired consistency.
Adjust sweetness as needed.
Notes
*you can also use fresh peaches, but I recommend chopping and freezing them prior to give your smoothie more thickness.
*to keep the smoothie raw, opt for homemade non-dairy yogurt or swap out for coconut milk, but texture will be thinner.Suggested Add Ins:
