Make a healthy spiced persimmon smoothie with pumpkin puree, banana, dairy-free milk, cinnamon spice for a vitamin-rich vegan breakfast



  • 12 fuyu persimmons, super ripe and frozen in chunks
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (or chai spice blend!)
  • plant milk of choice, to blend



  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth, adjusting plant milk to achieve desired texture. Enjoy immediately.
