Try a pink protein pitaya smoothie with creamy cashew butter, ripe banana, tropical mango, and vegan protein powder for a healthy breakfast
Ingredients

- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1 serving fresh or frozen pitaya (pink dragonfruit)
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp vanilla vegan yogurt
- plant milk to blend
optional
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 serving vanilla plant protein powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, starting with less plant milk and adding more as needed to blend. For a thicker, smoothie bowl texture, use very little plant milk and add more for a sippable smoothie.
