A delicious and nostalgic treat, in bliss ball form! These Ferrero Rocher Bliss Balls are healthy, vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free and oil free.
- In a food processor, pulse hazelnuts almonds and oats until broken down into a mealy texture. Be careful not to blend all the way, otherwise the mixture will start to turn into a butter.
- Next add dates, almond butter, cacao powder, vanilla and a pinch of salt and process until a dough-like texture begins to form. The mixture should hold together enough that you’re able to form it into shapes.
- Take 1-2 tablespoons of mixture and press one roasted hazelnut into the center. Roll into a ball and pack tightly to form your bliss ball. Repeat until all of the mixture has been rolled.
