This Golden Garlic Quinoa is the perfect upgraded quinoa recipe with flavour and spice. It’s vegan, paleo, gluten free, grain free and oil free.

- 2 cups cooked quinoa*
- 1 serving Megafood Daily Turmeric Nutrient Booster Powder™ or 1–2 tsp ground turmeric powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder or 3–4 roasted garlic cloves, mashed
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Start with quinoa fresh off the stove. While still hot, add spices and/or roasted garlic mash and toss with a spatula until evenly combined.
Notes
I recommend cooking with a half-half combination of vegetable broth and water for extra depth of flavour.
