This tropical smoothie bowl is a go to for me when I’m back from travels to beat the post-travels sunshine bowl — packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients and immune boosting vitamin c rich fruit, I like having a combo like this after a trip to avoid getting sick from flying and less sleep to boost my immune system. I incorporate elderflower syrup for its anti-cold symptom properties and tons of vitamin C rich fruits. To me it tastes like a drink on a tropical beach with a hint of florals. You can also add turmeric & black pepper for an additional boost and gorgeous golden colour if you please!

Ingredients (blend all of the following in high speed blender):

– 1-2 frozen bananas
– 1/2 cup frozen mango
– 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
– 1/4 cup coconut milk
– 2-3 tbsp coconut cream
– 1 tsp lucuma
– 2 teaspoons elderflower syrup
– additional coconut water if needed to blend

Top with (optional):
– toasted coconut
– dried pineapple
– dried calendula petals
– pansy petals.
