Raw Vegan Nutella Brownies Recipe {raw + oil free + gluten free + vegan

  • 1 cup pitted dates soaked in hot water for 5 minutes
  • 3/4 cup raw hazelnuts + a handful for toppings
  • 3/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • pinch of salt


  1. Simply blend in food processor or blender until all ingredients come together to form a sticky dough.
  2. Place the dough in a parchment paper lined baking sheet or pan of your choice and press down to form desired shape.
  3. Top with crushed hazelnuts and press down to make them stick on the top of the brownies.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to make cutting easier, or eat immediately.
  5. To create fun shapes, press into flat layers and then use cookie cutters. Alternatively, roll the dough into balls to make little truffles.
